We currently have an opportunity for a Corporate Specialist in our corporate office in Seattle, Washington. As a Corporate Specialist, you'll be assisting with commercial real estate due diligence coordination and loan forms. You'll also maintain electronic databases with large volume of commercial real estate and legal documents, a well as maintain over 300 legal entities.

Position requirements include:

• Bachelor's strongly preferred.
• Must have 3-5 years real estate/general practice experience.
• Must have at least one year experience working in a corporate environment and maintaining legal entities with working knowledge of multi-state corporate compliance documentation.
• Must be proficient with MS Office Applications, as well as accurate and efficient typing skills.
• Must pass criminal background check.
