Overview: | Fleishman-Hillard has an immediate opening in St. Louis for an energetic, self-starting, Corporate Trainer to join our thriving Management Information Systems group. This position provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with collaborative teams and to contribute to integrated training programs.
The Corporate Trainer is responsible for the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for all employees. Assess company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives. Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees. Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate and enhance performance. The ideal candidate will work independently to successfully develop and conduct technical training webinars for the organization’s global employee base. | Responsibilities: | • Participates in need analysis to determine technical training needs within the organization. • Conduct training sessions to all offices covering specified topics such as Microsoft Suite (both PC and Mac), Window 2007, and mobile devices. • Select and develop training materials. • Create and maintain training schedules • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training. • Revise design of training curriculum and methods to improve effectiveness. | Qualifications: | • 2+ years experience as a trainer • Expert in Microsoft Office (PC and Mac), Windows 2007, and Mobile devices • Strong communication and writing skills • Excellent Customer Service Skills • Detail oriented • Excellent Troubleshoot skills • Self-motivated
