Position Title: IT Trainee

Reports to: Manager, IT

Location: Home Office - New Albany, OH

GENERAL SUMMARY: 

Through a combination of language specific training and on-the-job training, the Information Technology Trainee gains a thorough understanding of application systems in a corporate retail environment. Opportunities to solve problems in Merchandising, Finance, WEB commerce, Logistics and Store systems will be made available over a two to three year period.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build problem solving skills in support of our aggressive store and brand expansion
  


• Hone software development skills using the best tools available
  


• Assist corporate partners in applying technology to tackle business problems
  


• Learn new technologies and their application to real world situations
  

• Analytical Degree; Engineering, Computer Science majors




• Minimum 3.0 GPA




• Internship experience preferred




• Leadership experience a plus




• Team-oriented
