Cost Analyst

The individual will be responsible to implement an EVMS system on a new contract and be able to take the lead on proposal preparation of a Cost Volume submittal to an external customer. The individual will be required to analyze cost trends at the Work Breakdown Structure (WB) level and report those trends on a weekly/monthly basis. 

Bachelors degree required. Individual must have 3+ years experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).   Experience with EVMS reporting is essential. Must have extensive computer skills.  Microsoft Excel, Project, and Access skills are desired. Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills are required. The candidate would also be familiar with Cost Accounting. Familiarity with MPM (microframe) Proposal Software and DOD Contracts and reporting is desired. The candidate must be able to work within tight schedules and be able to multi-task.
