Local Construction Company is seeking a Cost Analyst to join their team. Candidate will be analyzing costs and working to identify the unit cost production for all contracts. Cost Analyst will be interacting with Project Managers to obtain information of completed units. Candidate must have knowledge of cost tracking/ cost controlling. Cost Analyst will also need to be familiar with contracts, changing orders, overruns/underruns, and Unit Price Jobs. Candidate will be crunching numbers all day long, working with excel spreadsheets, and Timberline. Strong excel skills are a must.
