Key Role:
Perform cost estimation and business case analysis for a national security government agency. Implement data collection plans and assist with the development of cost controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract or program status, ensuring compliance with government and customer requirements. Provide variance and risk analysis and other economic studies for space systems.
Basic Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience with cost estimating in a government environment
-1+ years of experience with data collection techniques, data validation and normalization techniques, cost estimating relationship development, risk analysis, and earned value management
-Experience with Microsoft Excel
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree in Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, Mathematics, or IT
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with an intelligence agency a plus
-Experience with Space systems cost estimating a plus
-Experience with commercial statistical and risk analysis software packages, including Systat, CoStat, Mathematica, StatPak, @Risk, or Crystal Ball Pro
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; minimum TS/SCI clearance is required.
