The Creative Brand Marketing Manager will generate and execute ideas for national marketing/advertising campaigns. This individual must possess a strong retail apparel marketing/brand management background and possess exceptional creativity to produce a strong product image so we can continue to expand our brand into new markets. The Creative Brand Marketing Manager will work closely with Store Operations, Merchandising, and other Support Center Departments to create a unique and competitive image.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide innovative ways to develop new themes for promotional national campaigns as well as developing new slogans and tag-lines.
· Conceptualizing and executing how/when we use marketing materials to capture our target audience.
· Partnering with vendors to execute graphic designs for print projects; and supplying materials supporting new concepts.
· Developing creative ways to publicize new store openings as well as other brand-building approaches.
· Develop/implement new strategies and tactics to strengthen the brand identity, awareness, and consistency through web content; point-of-sale; coupons; company collateral; direct mail; and on-the-ground promotional activities.
· Manage marketing projects throughout the Company to ensure we maintain our brand integrity and to ensure projects align with our Company vision.
· Design and execute key Company initiatives.
· Ability to think strategically and conceptually while also getting into the details of proper execution.
· Ability to cultivate strong working relationships within all departments of the Support Center.
· Research and compare current industry strategies and trends in the Juniors/Young Men’s apparel market to identify opportunities to provide our brand with a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of three to five years experience in a retail apparel marketing/brand management environment
· Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience
· Proven experience in creative results oriented environment
· Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
· Must be a team player who can work effectively at all levels and with all departments of the Company
· Strong ability to present new ideas persuasively and passionately
· Capability to influence the thinking of others at all levels
