Position Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement merchandising strategies for assigned catalogs and promotions
· Manage multiple projects of up to 200 pages concurrently, driving schedule and meeting all mail dates
· Schedule and run concept meetings for assigned catalogs and promotions
· Lead project teams (Copy, Design, Photo) providing clear direction and priorities
· Create and revise paginations based on Circulation Meeting
· Review design comps, photography and copy to assure strategies are implemented and the correct marketing messages are clearly communicated
· Drive 98% accuracy on all promotions with focus on positioning, pricing, offer and dates
· Manage accurate merging of comments from Photo, Copy, PD, Air, Finance, Inventory and Product Marketing, including resolution of issues and discrepancies
· Serve as liaison between Product Development, Product Marketing, Finance, Inventory, Air and the Creative Team
Position Requirements & Qualifications:
· Bachelors Degree
· Strong project management skills
· Proven ability to multitask. Must be deadline oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to thrive in change. Fast, flexible, cooperative work style with ability to reprioritize at a moment’s notice
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to be a liaison between multiple groups throughout the organization
· Team player
· Proven leadership skills
· Must have 2-3 years of Creative Account Management experience either in an agency or internal creative department
· Must have understanding of design process and 4-color printing
· Must be a problem solver who is able to work independently
· Proficiency in Word and Excel
· Familiarity with travel industry a plus
