Creative Director / Proposal Writer

(Live or Events Marketing)

BI is currently seeking a creative director / proposal writer for upcoming live marketing events. 

Live marketing events create a multi-sensory, real-time, interactive connection with our client’s potential customers.  Using live marketing, our clients can gather important demographic, psychographic and attitudinal data – and their consumers can really see how the brand "fits" their lifestyle.  Consumers shouldn’t just hear about a brand, they should experience it.

The Creative director will develop integrated experiential campaigns and platforms.

Requirements include:

• Strong creative and proposal writing skills


• Ability to understand each client’s business


• Creative Event Ideas (ability to develop, write & explain in a written proposal, and present)


• Excellent client presentation skills


• Experience in event / experiential marketing to include generating ideas and concepts for innovative programs


• In-depth knowledge in brand positioning, awareness and consideration


• Be the creative idea person behind the pitch


• Up-to-date on current media, industry and consumer trends that affect audiences


• Should be able to provide specific portfolio examples of ideas and results

Preferred Candidates will also have a minimum of (5) years experience in Live / Events Marketing; including the following:

• Event Proposal Writing


• Street Teams


• Event Management


• Sponsorship Activation


• Pop-Up Retail


• Mobile Marketing


• Event Marketing
