About the Job
Position Summary
Responsible for analyzing and monitoring credit worthiness of assigned customers/accounts and recommending credit lines within established guidelines. Includes analyzing financial statements and completing ratio, trend, and cash flow analysis of statements to determine if a customer is eligible for financing. Interact with internal and external customers to obtain information needed and to structure loans to minimize risk. Account monitoring for loan agreement compliance, perform annual reviews and prepare various reports.
Skills Required:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years commercial credit underwriting experience and prior credit approval authority.
Detail oriented with the ability to analyze cash flow, leverage, collateral, and customer strength.
Solid written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to make sound business judgments while protecting the interests of the bank.
Experience with loan security documentation.
