Credit & Collections Analyst

The Greysmith Companies is searching for a Credit & Collections Analyst to work within a successful, growing and dynamic office. Experinece working with major retailers and deduction resolution is a must.  

Responsibilities:

• Gather information to be used in establishing lines of credit
• Create letters of credit
• Analysis of past due accounts
• Follow-up on past due business accounts
• Process Payments
• Provide customer service
• Research 
• Resolve invoice discrepancies
• Constant review to ensure compliance within company policies

Qualifications:

• Credit or collections work experience is needed
• Ability to trouble-shoot
• Work independently
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good telephone communication skills
• Ability to obtain desired results with key accounts
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word & Excel
