Your tasks
� Customer liaison in handling requests for credit and for collection of delinquent accounts.
� Review and research customer accounts to determine credit limits or credit extension; determines if shipments should be suspended
� Contacts and notifies customers of delinquent accounts and resolves discrepancies; resolves customer problems
� Maintains statistics and prepares and updates reports on status of accounts and progress of collections efforts.
� Provides maintenance and prepares write-off documentation to maintain open item accounts on a current basis.
Our requirements
�High School diploma or equivalent required. College degree in business related field preferred.
�Previous Credit & Collection related experience preferred.
�Prior customer contact experience, resolving disputes and a financial background required.
�Proficiency in PC operations including Microsoft Office products; SAP experience a plus!
�Strong written & oral communication skills; effective negotiation skills.
�Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to multi-task, work independently and be a self starter
�Ability to exercise judgment and make appropriate decisions and ability to meet collection targets required.
