Merchants Automotive Group is seeking a full time Credit Manager. This individual will be a key decision maker in the assessment of credit worthiness of both existing customers as well as new clients. Specific credit responsibilities include performing financial analytics, assessing risk and providing recommendations to management following a complete credit analysis. Additional duties in the area of Collection will also be required.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years experience in a Credit position which includes experience in ratio and liquidity analysis, customer cash flows as it relates to corporate debt service and expertise in measuring bank covenants with the details from the client’s P&L and balance sheet. This individual should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently with all levels of management. Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance required. A MBA or CPA designation preferred.
