Credit Manager (Commercial Accounts)
- Directly manage team of 5+ employees including hiring, developing and retaining employees in a commercial credit and collections environment
- Manage Accounts Receivable function including achieving targets for DSO, past due percentage, bad debt percentage, delinquency targets for deductions and short pays
- Work with management team in advising of risks and opportunities with customer base
- Annual review of credit lines as well as ensuring compliance to Sarbanes-Oxley
- Prepare monthly reports on A/R performance, cash forecasts as well as significant credit exposures
- Manage all accounts receivable operations with the goal of maximizing cash flow as well as
identifying areas for productivity improvements
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field with 6+ years commercial credit and accounts receivable management experience. CICP and CCE certifications and export credit and financing experience a plus.
