About the Job
An International Bank seeks a Supervisor for Credit Risk Management. Required: BA/BS Degree, 8-10 years of well rounded/diverse knowledge of Commercial/Corporate Credit, Credit Risk, Portfolio Analysis, Credit Administration, Portfolio reporting and tracking. Familiarity with ALLL and Basel II is needed. Possess, working knowledge of lending related regulatory guidelines, and advanced knowledge of credit/lending practices, policies and procedures. Possess excellent computer skills, advanced leadership skills, supervise 4 staff. Oversee daily operations of Credit Admin Department, liaise with other departments, regulatory agencies, Head Office, loans, accounting and lenders to resolve issues. Supervise 3rd Party Vendor Program, Real Estate appraisal, Field Examinations, HMDA and Consumer Lending. Must have working knowledge of regulatory/Basel II guidelines for credit, commercial/real estate lending, and compliance.
Duties: Supervise staff, oversee 3rd party Vendor Program, Real Estate/Collateral, monthly, yearly, quarterly reports. Prepare presentations for Board of Directors. Produce Portfolio Reports, liaise between lending areas, develop lending policies, back up ALLL analysis, oversee Basel credit risk. Maintain credit rating tracking, assist in developing MIS solutions. Supervise HMDA reporting, administer SNC program. prepare regulatory responses, negotiate vendor contracts, act as secretary to Credit/Loan Commitee. Assist in developing Bank's credit training.
