The purpose of this job is to complete, verify, and review claims to ensure timely and accurate settlement at a regional level.

• Complete claim assignments to ensure claims are paid timely, correctly, and according to established loss adjustment guidelines. 
• Establish and very the accuracy of indiviudal claim reserves. 
• Adhere to approriate performance and productivity standards for efficient adjusting. 
• Maintain professional relationship with agents, insureds, and staff regarding the understanding of policies and procedures.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-4 years of claim adjusting experience.
