Curbell Plastics, Inc. -Customer Service Representative/Sales Support Representative
About the Job
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Sales Support Representative to support our Curbell Plastics, Inc. Team.
Responsibilities:
* Responds to customer sales & product inquiries. Places customer orders and relevant customer information.
* Answers questions, expedites orders, retrieves information, and tracks orders. Handles customer complaints, returns, shortages and adjustments.
* Supports the marketing department by providing branch-level support for campaigns. Develops and qualifies lead list for the sales team.
* Using SAP, enters orders, CRM notes, credits & debits, runs and reviews open P.O. order reports, and locates information.
* Perform daily administrative duties such as filing, faxing and report creation/tracking.
Requirements:
•An Associates degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
•Two or more years in customer service, sales or marketing role
• Bilingual in Spanish language - both wriiten and verbal is a plus
•Ability to multi-task in an intense, fast-paced, high-energy environment.
•Outstanding customer service focus.
•High-level of initiative.
•Excellent written, verbal and time management skills
•Independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload with attention to detail.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP, or similar system, preferred.
•The ability to learn basic product information and present in a professional manner.
