Highly sucessful and rapidly growing K-12 learning solutions company seeking Curriculum and Implementation Manager to deliver literacy-based educational technology program to educators.
Successful candidate will provide account management and professional development services around web-based learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
· Provide high quality professional development, modeling or consulting sessions for teachers, school administrators and district personnel as they become familiar with components of the web-based learning solution
· Serve as the liaison between company and assigned partner schools or districts
· Collaborate with school and district leaders to develop implementation timelines and plans
· Development and Implementation of plans and timelines and manages deliverables
· Follow through in implementing plans or suggest modifications as needed
· Monitor usage and progress by analyzing various program data and provide action plans as needed
· Collaborate closely with implementation coordinators in securing and scheduling appointments
· Communicate regularly with school and district leadership; Listens to customers, identify barriers to implementation, provide suggestions to resolve challenges and respond promptly to all stake holders’ needs
Required Experience and Knowledge
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Education. Master’s degree in education a plus.
Must have ability to travel to assigned schools throughout NYC up to 3/4 days a week.

Experience:
· A minimum of 5 years teaching experience grades K-12
· At least 5 years of experience delivering professional development sessions and knowledge of adult learning
