Lead Person in Custom Application

             Advance into Management!

Work for a progressive, growing Ag Company as a lead person for a crew of 3 other applicators. My company prefers more than 3 years experience running late model floaters, spreaders, and GPS guided self propelled sprayers. This pre-management position will require leadership ability and ability to train others in the field.  We are looking for the right person to start immediately.

Requirements:

• Experience operating Floaters, Spreaders, Sprayers


• Spray Applicator License


• Driving Record in Good Standing


• Mechanically Inclined for Equipment Repair


• Management Skills

Compensation:

• $35K to $50K Base with $10K to $15K Bonus Opportunity


• Full Benefits including Health, Dental, and 401K
