Advance into assistant management
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Operating state of the art custom operation equipment with precision controls, gps and variable rate technology to apply plant food and plant protection products to corn, soybeans, and alfalfa fields
-Advanced training on precision ag equipment
-Greet and visit with growers
-Assist in managing the operations portion of the business
-Help build and maintain a service oriented environment
REQUIREMENTS:
-A mechanical aptitude and farming/agricultural background is preferred
-A sincere work ethic as the spring and fall "busy seasons" can be demanding
-Team player, strong interpersonal skills, positive in nature
-Farming background, equipment operations, mechanically inclined
-Must be able to obtain a custom applicators license, and CDL
