Custom Applicator needed ASAP in western ND!!!

A Custom Applicator is needed by an extremely strong retail client of ours in western North Dakota.  Previous experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who does not have application experience as long as the person is currently running farm equipment and working on a farm or ranch.  The ideal candidate will have an Ag background (or farm background), good mechanical ability, and has hopefully sprayed fields before and works well with equipment and is dependable.  The company has excellent compensation and benefits.  Position has unlimited opportunity for personal growth and advancement.  There is much flexibility certain times of the year and can definitely lead into sales or management positions.
