PSC Info Group is seeking a highly motivated, result driven Customer Account Specialist to coordinate all activities associated with the retention of existing clients.

Essential Functions:
Responds to phone calls, voice mail and e-mail messages from customers in a timely manner.
Assists customers with order planning and completes the internal and external order placement processes.
Provides follow-up to customers on the status of orders and assists in troubleshooting issues/problems.
Acts as production coordinator with various internal Departments and the customers to ensure timely order completion.
Documents and maintains materials proofs and secures customers’ sign-off for final draft of materials.
Proofs customers’ requests for accuracy and compliance with customer specifications.
Assists Sales staff in meeting customers’ needs and requirements by providing ongoing communication regarding the status of accounts.
Assures that customers’ requests and specifications are confirmed with customers for accuracy and understood by all appropriate internal staff resources.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested.

Comfortable organizing and conducting meetings with upper management and clients
Demonstrated ability to analyze an issue/problem and make recommendations for an effective and efficient resolution.
Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.

Ability to organize and multi-task job responsibilities effectively.
Proven commitment to providing excellent customer service within all dimensions of the job duties on a consistent basis.
Demonstrated ability to work in an MS Office environment. Proven ability to work extensively with Access, Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge to apply to new situations.
3-5 years of customer service or account management required
4 year degree preferred
Experience with direct mail or the printing process a plus.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
College Degree with a major in Business Administration and/or an equivalent combination and education and experience that has included a minimum of three (3) years of customer service support experience in a similar role.
