We are currently looking for a Customer Account Specialist to handle all incoming customer service calls and emails for the Portland Finance Department. The candidate is responsible for logging calls into CRM system, resolving customer inquires and/or escalating to the appropriate department. They will also scan activity reports and log activity in our database. The position requires one to three years customer service experience and accounting experience is required. A Bachelors on Accounting or related field is preferred.
