Job Summary:
The Customer Call Center Representative reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for handling inbound patient calls and effects outbound alert calls to mdINR clinicians. In this position the employee communicates with individuals/teams, vendors, and clinicians in the program to ensure high quality and timely expedition of reporting customer INR values, customer requests, the accurate processing of new clients and customer orders. The Customer Call Center Representative must meet customer requests through first contact resolution and serves as tier-1 INR telephonic support and tier-1 Patient web portal support. The Customer Call Center Representative must maintain broad knowledge of client products and services for superior customer service.
Requirements
Education / Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent experience. Some college preferred.
· Experience in a healthcare setting, or business environment required.Coagutrak
