Customer Care Account Coordinator

HLS MedFreight ® is an information services company focused on healthcare logistics.  We take pride in being the first company to manage inbound and outbound freight for providers (hospitals, clinics, etc.) in the healthcare industry.  We are a rapidly growing privately-held company located in Westerville, Ohio, with a strong center of excellence in Customer Care.  We are seeking a highly-motivated, energetic Customer Care Account Coordinator who has customer-focused passion and a drive to exceed expectations.  The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a team environment focused on a common goal.

Responsibilities

·         Build strong, professional relationships at all customer organizational levels.

·         Main contact for incoming Customer Care calls; proactively communicate initiatives and value proposition of HLS MedFreight programs.

·         Driver for resolution of customer issues and follow up to ensure issue is resolved; serve as customer advocate throughout the organization.

·         Conduct customer website training and help customer track product, add/delete new facilities, etc.

·         Manage multiple projects with frequent priority shifts.

 

Qualifications

·         Minimum 7 years of professional experience.

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in proactive business-to-business client relationships and maintenance.

·         College degree preferred, some college coursework required.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication with exceptional phone presence; web conference experience a plus.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Demonstrate excellent follow-through and follow-up.

·         Extremely organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.

·         Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

·         Experienced in receipt and documentation of customer contact; experience with CRM system a plus.

·         Solution or service selling experience preferred.

·         Project management experience preferred.
