Customer Care Associates work on behalf of our clients to assist customers with common service and accounts payable questions. Youll interact with our customers on a daily basis -- there are no scripts offering you the chance to grow your professional communication skills, which are valuable in todays workplace. We also offer great pay plus monthly bonuses, advancement opportunities and regular work schedules. Work for a proven industry leader while building a stable and professional career. English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus!
Qualifications:
oHigh school diploma or GED required.
oMinimum six months customer service, call center and/or sales experience preferred
oBasic knowledge of MS Word and Excel required
oMay be required to pass job-related assessment
oMust receive a passing score on FDCPA and other job-related assessments
