Customer Care Associate
You will work on behalf of our client, a large mortgage provider, to assist customers with solutions to help them prevent foreclosure on their homes - NO SELLING! Youll interact with our customers on a daily basis handling inbound calls with no scripts offering you the chance to grow your professional communication skills valuable in todays workplace. We also offer great pay plus monthly bonuses, advancement opportunities and multiple work schedules. Work for a proven industry leader while building a stable and professional career!
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a retail or call center environment required.
- Minimum 1 year telephone customer service preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel required
- May be required to pass job-related assessment
- Must receive a passing score on FDCPA and other job-related assessments
