We are currently seeking a Customer Care Center Representative I for our Charleston, SC office. We offer an excellent compensation package and comprehensive benefits, including: competitive salary, 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and tuition reimbursement.


JOB SUMMARY: In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to include answering technical questions about products, contracts, billing, pricing, inventory availability and orders for the OME and Therapy product lines. You will also work closely with sales and service.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for creating and maintaining exceptional customer value, employee value and shareholder value in an environment that is demanding and changing due to customer expectations and product technology.

  • Answer technical and operational questions, provide information on product features and uses and be the subject matter expert on OME and Therapy Products.

  • Responsible for the customers in the regions assigned which includes ensuring familiarity with their customer’s business needs and that customer orders are managed with a high level of accuracy, customer service and follow through.

  • Answer customer questions regarding accessory items, pricing and inventory availability and contracts.

  • Work closely with the CCC Specialist, sales and field service regarding specific issues with customers through resolution of those issues.

  • Backup the CCC Specialist on managing OME purchase orders for assigned accounts.

  • Maintain technical product knowledge to keep abreast of updates and changes by continued product training.

  • Other duties may be assigned.



  • Qualifications

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • High School Education or equivalent, Associates Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years Customer Service/Call Center Experience.
  • Prior experience in the medical field is preferred.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Must have a high level of initiative.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A strong individual contributor who can work effectively in a team environment.
  • Exhibit a professional attitude and appearance.
  • Must be willing and capable of working any shift 24/7/365.
