Customer Care Consultants

The Customer Care Consultant is responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing, and responding to telephone inquiries regarding client's billing and service related issues. You will answer incoming telephone calls in a prompt, professional and friendly manner as well as input data into computer utilizing various software packages. Other duties will include attending training to update system/product knowledge, recommending new ideas/procedures to improve efficiency and maintaining rapport with the customer.
Ideal candidate must possess a high-school diploma with two to six months' relevant experience preferred. Ability to meet typing and accuracy requirements required. Ability to perform mathematical functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division by hand or by using a calculator a plus. Excellent communication skills needed.
