Modis is currently looking for seven Customer Care Representatives to work for a leading company in Baltimore, MD.Representatives will be required to provide second level support for six of our client’s products.This is 100% phone support.Candidates preferred to have experience with problem escalation. A three week training period will be required in Woodlawn.
Candidates will be required to complete a short online Customer Support skills test.
