As a member of the Customer Care team you will be responsible for:  

·         Answering and placing in/outbound telephone calls

·         Offer high level Customer service by proactively and creatively identifying and solving Customer issues

·         Providing Clients with timeshare closing information necessary

·         Updating Clients contact information

·         Process requests for website Ad changes  

·         Forwarding all inquiries and offers to Client via email or telephone

·         Follow-up on all issues with Clients to ensure corrections are made and all solutions are implemented.

Qualifications:

·         Minimum 1 year exceptional customer service experience  

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must 

·         Attention to detail, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills

·         Highly proficient knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook

·         Proven ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and effectively prioritize daily work-load

Hours:  Rotating shift:  Monday - Thursday  12pm to 8:30pm, Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
