Major function:
Serve as primary point of contact for Lincoln Financial producers, policyowners, and authorized third parties. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a professional, effective, efficient and customer-focused manner, in order to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Specific Duties:
Resolve telephone inquiries from producers, policyowners, and authorized third parties concerning all aspects of the issue and administration of Lincoln Financial fixed life products.
Communicate with external and internal customers in a professional and courteous manner via various forms of oral and written communications.
Enhance customer service skills, product knowledge, and general education through participation in company and industry sponsored training and educational opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a college degree or equivalent work experience, excellent written/verbal communication skills (required), strong analytical ability (essential), and be able to perform effectively as part of a team.
