Duties:

  • Greet and acknowledge every customer entering the store and establish their shopping interests and/or needs

  • Direct customers to the appropriate area(s) of the store based on the reason(s) for their visit

  • Communicate to associates throughout the store when customers are being sent to their areas for service

  • Conduct reverse greetings with customers leaving the store without having made a purchase

Skills:

  • Candidates must be flexible in working a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service

  • Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures

  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner

    Experience:

  • 1-2 years of Retail Cashier and/or Sales experience preferred
