Customer Experience Administration Supervisor
Asset Marketing Services, Inc is a national multi-million dollar direct response company specializing in collectible coins, watches, jewelry & other innovative consumer products from around the world. Due to exciting growth opportunities we are currently hiring for a Customer Service Supervisor.
The purpose of this position is to lead the response to specialized operational support to internal customer inquiries in a manner that meets or exceeds customer expectations for courtesy, sense of urgency, understanding of issues and accuracy of response. Re-engineer customer facing processes with the mindset of Better, Faster, Smarter. Lead Implementation and testing of new IT initiatives. Lead the Customer Administration team in their support of Sales, Fulfillment, Product Development and Client Services.
The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast paced team environment with the ability to train and motivate other to reach business unit goals. Qualifications include: 3-5 years of experience in administrative support environment, and 1-2 years of previous supervisor experience. Strong verbal and written communication are required. PC Microsoft Suites experience, and a 4-year degree are required.
