This role will serve as the “Voice of the Customer” internally as well as the “Voice of Stanadyne” to our customers.  The key responsibilities of this role are:

• Maintain constant, detailed contact with all customers concerning Quality issues


• Point person for all present or impending Quality issues


• Coordinate and expedite containment, root  cause analysis, and corrective actions for customer Quality issue


• Coordinate and expedite required returned hardware via central database


• Oversee and expedite all formal Quality resolution documents required by customers


• Communicate Stanadyne Quality improvement initiatives and plans


• Oversee and coordinate all PPAP submissions to customer and expedite approvals


• Participate in new product APQP activities and keep customer informed of status

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role required.


• BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering


• Experienced in APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, and other Quality Systems Requirements (TS 9000 & TS 1649)


• Six Sigma (Green Belt) and Shainin Red X highly preferred
