Description:
Volt has a great opportunity to work in a corporate call center environment in the DTC! This position will help support escalated calls regarding wireless phone services. If you are interested in supporting a growing organization in a professional environment this could be the position for you.

Position Overview:
Providing effective customer service to both internal and external customers over the phone. Within a team environment resolve and evaluate difficult and sensitive client issues.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Answer and follow-up with customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
• Help drive retention and outstanding service utilizing current guidelines, products, and services.
• Respond to customer requests and questions using e-mail and written correspondence.
• Research and gather additional information to resolve customer disputes.
• Maintain detailed customer communications records.
• Maintain customer database
• Operate internal billing applications, Microsoft Office Software and office equipment
• Process credit adjustments, billing refunds and account inquiries.
• Partner with SME within the company to resolve escalated issues.


Requirements:
Required Skills:
• Minimum of 3 years related experience in customer relations in an escalated environment
• Some college preferred
• Bi-lingual preferred
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Database Navigation
• Professional demeanor, communication abilities, and appearance

Type: CONTRACT

Duration: 90 - 120 Days

Pay Rate: $14.00 - $16.00 Hourly DOE
