Customer Relations Specialist

Classic Diagnostic Imaging is a full-service medical imaging device specialist, offering in-house technical expertise for the repair, refurbishment, and resale of imaging systems and critical components. Established in 2004, we have experienced rapid growth since inception. We are looking for a qualified individual to help us continue this trend.

 

The successful candidate will work as a part of our inside sales team, fostering new growth and building a strong loyal customer base with national and international corporate accounts. The candidate will work together with the team to drive the company and each other forward.    Classic Diagnostic Imaging focuses on the entrepreneurial spirit that has brought us to where we are today. The successful candidate must meet these guidelines:

  • Assertive, self motivated and goal oriented
  • Maintain and foster a positive attitude
  • At least 4 years sales experience
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and oral)
  • Four Year Degree in a relevant field of study

 

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Aggressive prospecting and lead generation
  • Ability to follow established sales methodologies
  • Ability to grow existing corporate accounts and create sustainable, strong client relationships
  • Utilize database for managing customer opportunities
  • Cold calling small, medium, and large potential customers
  • Produce standard sales reports as requested
  • Immediately respond to telephone and email inquiries
  • Follow up swiftly on pending requests until they are closed or finalized
  • Attend tradeshows, conferences and conventions as applicable
  • Resolve customer complaints
