The Customer Relationship Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for helping the company meet its revenue objectives through the proactive management of the customer lifecycle. This role will be responsible for increasing customer conversion, retention and loyalty through the development of innovative customer marketing strategies, the deployment of relevant and effective program activities and analysis of program performance. This role has a high degree of interaction with other teams and will be responsible for coordinating efforts across multiple departments and regions.
In partnership with Business and Customer Intelligence and Customer Sales and Service teams, this role will also develop and manage regular reporting and analysis of CRM progam results against key objectives and performance indicators.
Responsibilities:
• Determine the most effective points of interaction to drive loyalty and effectiveness in repeat sales.
• Strategize and implement targeted, timely relationship management programs that will increase loyalty and retention, encourage new prospects to convert to buyers and increase overall value along the key stages of the customer lifecycle.
• In partnership with the Business and Customer Intelligence team, establish a segmentation strategy and measurement framework to test and optimize targeted marketing initiatives.
• Synthesize requirements and input from key stakeholder groups into effective relationship marketing strategies appropriate for key customer segments along the lifecycle.
• Effectively partner with creative resources on marketing communications development, providing concise briefs and effective project management support. As appropriate, make sure the execution accommodates reseller / rep channel needs and timing.
• Implement and manage automated “trigger” program with 3rd party software provider including managing the vendor relationship for contract negotiations, pricing, enhancements, issue resolution, etc.
• Ensure that all relationship marketing activities integrate with and support other marketing communications campaigns and reinforce brand positioning and graphic identity standards.
• Articulate campaign plans and needs to internal and external resources through timely, clear and comprehensive program descriptions and instructions.
• Analyse and continuously improve offers/incentives to increase response rates and return on investment for all relationship marketing program initiatives.
• Coordinate the development and publication of CRM program results reports for the Marketing organization to track campaign effectiveness, return on investment and overall progress on key department objectives
• Manage relationship marketing program budgets to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree (Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline preferred)
• 5-8 years’ experience in a marketing role in a fast-paced environment
• 3+ years experience developing, implementing, optimizing and analyzing effective CRM, loyalty and/or targeted lifecycle marketing programs
• Extensive experience in developing marketing communications strategies and working directly with creative resources on a wide variety of online and offline tactics
• In-depth experience with data analysis, research design and measurement reporting
• Previous experience in advertising industry, stock photography or other creative marketing field preferred
• Strong competence in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools such as SharePoint
Availability to accommodate 10-15% travel – valid passport required.
