Account Specialist (Baby Specialty Accounts) - Responsible for representing the company to customers (retailers). Uses set guidelines, experience and good judgment to provide excellent customer service, via phone, processing sales orders by shipping with best freight costs. Process all applicable paperwork from BOL, packing list, shipping label, invoice. Soft collections of A/R. Other Duties as assigned. Account Specialist (E-Commerce) - Supports customers by providing special system needs, controlling and integrating account information; resolving problems; maintaining quality and shipping out product according to order specifications. Accounts Receivables, chargebacks, RMA's. Other duties as assigned. Account Manager - Manages and maintains corporate account customers (buyers) by providing special system needs, controlling and integrating corporate account information; resolving problems. Uses set guidelines, experience and good judgment to provide excellent customer service, via phone and email, to resolve questions, concerns, and discrepancies and maintaining quality and accuracy of customer websites. Tracks inventory and sales and generates reports. Assists Coroprate Sales Executive as needed.
