A local Fortune 500 organization is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist for a long-term opportunity.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Providing telephone customer support to individual clients
· Utilize software programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel
· Multitask while managing various accounts
