Silverleaf Resorts is looking for full-time, customer oriented Representatives to join our team. This position, referred to as Owner Based Marketing Representative at Silverleaf Resorts Inc., is responsible for communicating with current owners and inviting them to attend a member update seminar. Representatives are responsible for contacting current owners of Silverleaf’s Vacation Ownership Program to determine and schedule the best date and time possible for them to visit.
· Make 100+ outbound calls a day
· Maintain knowledge of all resorts and services available to owners
· Handle incoming calls from owners
· Work with owners to find best date to attend the seminars within given timeframe
· Must maintain professional image
