Requirements:

• 5 + years progressive business experience with a focus in customer service
• 2 + years experience managing staff to higher levels of productivity and efficiency
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Supply chain and manufacturing knowledge helpful
• Experience with MAS 500 system
• Knowledge of MS Office

Duties:

• Ensure customer orders are processed  to meet established timetables, quality standards and company / customer  expectations
• Coordinate customer service function with drivers to accomplish on time and accurate deliveries / pick ups
• Assist in the monitoring of customer service activities to maximize performance relative to best practice standards and benchmarks​
• Assist in obtaining Customer Service metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency
• Interact with customers to assess the ongoing quality and efficiency of the order fulfillment process
