The CSI Company is hiring an Outstanding Customer Service Representative/Sales for a Direct Hire Opportunity in Brandon, FL.
The Customer Service Representative/Sales will be responsible for assisting potential students in their enrollment/career path.
Bachelor's Degree Preferred, but not required with extensive sales experience
Preferred majors are Business, Marketing or Communications
1 - 3 years of phone experience preferably in sales or customer service with upsell
Possess a strong customer service skill set on the phone
Excellent communication experience
Ability to take initiative
Confident in communicating information to students
Excellent follow up skills
Has working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
Retail candidates with internships and extracurricular activities preferred (fraternities, sororities, marketing / sales internships or civic involvement
Flexible schedule a must: (Currently only seeking Evening shift. 1-10pm)

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 hourly DoE
