We have an immediate need for a Customer Service Associate to work in our Hiawatha office nights and weekend starting immediately!

Job Duties:

• Provide tier 2 customer support for Ready Mobile customers via phone, email and SMS
• Monitor phone calls of tier 1 customer support agents
• Provide reporting data
• Provide feedback on promotion changes
• Lock up building

Prerequisites:

• Must have 2 years customer support experience
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends
• Must be comfortable with minimal supervision and being only staff in building
• Must have excellent attendance record
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Schedule:

Wednesday - Friday 2pm - 10pm, Saturday and Sunday 12pm - 8pm.

Weekday hours may be flexible.
