POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:
Hands–on” involvement in all aspects of Customer Service (CS calls, CS helpline, Training)
Manage a 35 seat call center in a fast – paced environment
Handle daily supervision & coaching of our MN Customer Service team
Monitor, track and enforce departmental policies, procedures and goals
Develop managerial & leadership skills of team leads and department supervisors
Review reports & take appropriate action
Experience with process improvement audits
Must be an active participant in a “hands-on” work environment
Ability to multi-task
Strong written & verbal communication & organizational skills
Must be able to type 30+ words per minute
Ability to travel to other branches
3-5 years Customer Service supervisory experience preferably in a call center environment
Bachelor's Degree required
