Our client has several immediate positions available for experienced call center representatives on a temporary-hire basis.

Candidates must have a minimum of one year in a call center setting handling inbound customer service inquiries.  Prior medical or healthcare experience is a plus.

You will be fully trained for this position.  The hours for training are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

After the training is complete, your hours will be 9:30 am  - 6:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

100% attendance is required during the entire duration of training, and for 90 days thereafter.  You will only be considered for a full time position if you have 100% attendance.

You will be required to complete a proficiency test midway through training.

A pre-employment background check and drug screen will also be administered.
