Pinnacle Partners has partnered with a manufacturing company in the Daleville area, in search of a Lead Representative, within a call center environment. 

This position will focus on a small (6 rep) call center environment.  The responsibilities will primarily include working within Excel reports to evaluate metrics and work with appropriate departments in communicating these metrics.  The position will build and develop relationships with internal departments including sales, marketing, research and development. 

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Consumer Affairs, Communication, or Business Administration.  This is a firm requirement.  Candidate must have experience in either a call center or customer service environment.  Must have proven experience working with metrics and reporting.
