Customer Service Clerk

Customer Service Clerk

2+ month contract

$11.25/hr

New Castle, DE



If selected, Training will be M-F 5:30pm-9:30pm for 2 weeks.

Work Schedule: T,Th (5:30pm - 11pm) and Sat (5:30pm - 11pm).   



Performs advanced customer service clerk duties, including handling escalated inquiries, and training and providing support to lower level reps as required. Responsible for daily unit production as required and assisting the Unit Manager daily.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

1-3 years experience in a customer service, call center, banking, marketing, or public relations position. High school diploma or equivalent.



Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills and excellent problem solving skills. Internet skills required. Self directed and able to work with all levels of management. Good telephone personality with the ability to work in a high volume department.
