Customer Service Coordinator – Help Desk

About the Job

Orange county IT Services Company is expanding its operations and is currently seeking a friendly, upbeat customer service specialist for the Help Desk department.

Position is in a call center environment, receiving inbound calls and emails from customers, creating service orders using a CRM software program and coordinating with technicians at the help desk to service the open orders.

Duties include inbound and outbound customer service order follow up phone calls, creating reports in excel, completing email requests to customers, closing help desk orders in the CRM software. Must be able to multitask and answer multiple phone calls and email requests for service requested. Must be friendly, professional and courteous over the phone with an upbeat attitude, organized and detail oriented.
Must have at least one year experience in customer service working with customers over the phone, technical experience with computers, telephones a plus.

This is a full time position with medical benefits and 401K.
