Customer Service Coordinator
Description: The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible to the service manager for the handling of all incoming customer phone calls. Must be able to deal with difficult people in a courteous and professional manner. Responsible for checking in routes and checking Collection reports, deposit slips, and route paperwork. Must be able to count currency and checks and compare against collection report and deposit slips for accuracy. Must also take linen orders from customers and relay information to the main office. Education: A high school diploma is required. The successful candidate must have a pleasant phone voice and the ability to deal with difficult customers in a calm professional manner. Must be able to count, add and subtract accurately, recognize colors and sizes, comprehend English, read English and write in English legibly. Physical Requirements: This position requires sitting and talking on the phone for at least eight (8) hours daily. Will be required to occasionally stoop, pull, push, and lift textile items, moving loaded carts and reaching overhead. The candidate must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
